Welcome to a new decade! Whether  you couldn't wait to welcome 2011 or sad to say goodbye to 2010 one thing is for sure -- NORCAL is here to support you in your Municipal Human Resource challenges no matter what year it is!

NORCAL Municipal Human Resources Managers Group is a non-profit organization that was create for the purpose of information sharing with the Northern California Municipal Human Resources Manager for networking purposes.

NORCAL meets 2-3 times a year. The position of President is a rotated/elected position from among the group members. Each year the select President plans and coordinates the two-to-three annual meetings, as well as overseeing the group's financial affairs. In 2011, Julie Carter of Dublin holds the title of President.

As you know, there are no dues members must pay, but there is a fee charged to each member agency when they register to attend any one of the meetings held throughout the year. The registration fee covers only the meeting costs and maintenance of the NORCAL website, located at www.norcalhr.org
